Q: Who is the yearbook advisor?

A: Anna Shirley and Julie Dunn

Q:  When will 2010 yearbooks be on sale?

A:  2010 yearbooks will be on sale at lunch November 9 – November 20, 2009, and again in May 2010 when we hand out the yearbooks.

Q:  How much will they cost?

A: If ordered between November 9-20, yearbooks will be $55.00.  If purchased in May 2010, they will be $65.00.

Q:  How do you get a student’s name on his or her yearbook?

A:  You MUST order a yearbook Nov. 9-20th, specify the name that you would like printed, and pay an extra $5.00.  You cannot get a name put on a yearbook after November 20th.

Q:  How much money is due to reserve a yearbook when ordered in November?

A: At least $30.00.

Q:  What forms of payment are accepted for yearbooks?

A:  Cash and checks only.  We cannot take credit cards – Sorry!

Q:  What are icons and how do you get them printed on a yearbook?

A:  The yearbook publisher offers a variety of icons related to sports, academics, graduation year, etc. that can be printed on the front of a yearbook.  The icons are $5.00 each and MUST be ordered in November.

Q: Can I order my student’s yearbook online?

A:  No.  We tried this one year and had a lot of problems with it.

Q:  If I miss the November order dates, can I still get a yearbook?

A:  Yes.  No money will be taken for new orders after November 20th, but yearbooks will be available for purchase on a first come, first served basis in May 2010 for $65.00.

Q: When should I pay the balance for a yearbook reserved in November?

A:  At lunch in late April and early May -- exact dates TBA.

Q:  Should my student save his or her receipt for a payment?

A:  YES! Keeping up with a receipt is the easiest way to eliminate any confusion when yearbooks are distributed.  We do our best to get everything right, but having your copy of a receipt is the only way to verify a payment.
