First semester
- Pay any fees that are overdue during the first week of school.
Transcripts will not be sent if you owe money to the school.

- Class fees are $5.00 per year.

- Homecoming Activities
- Submit a senior t-shirt idea by August 21, 2009. Keep designs simple and camera ready. Designs will have to fit a small t-shirt. Do not submit negative material. Determine one shirt color and one ink color. Submit your design to your advisory teacher or Mrs. Dunn.
- Fall Senior Picnic will be held September 10 at 3:30 PM at Central Baptist Church Picnic area.
- Homecoming - The 70's disco will be held during lunch on Thursday, September 24 for all seniors. (Vote: 70's disco - 81 and 50's -28) Listen to announcements for lunch time.

- View Senior Summit Pictures About 400 pictures were taken in all. I tried to get a picture of everyone. Lots of basketball pictures were shot, because my camera takes 3 pictures in a row of action shots. Every picture that was taken is in the gallery. Thank you, Ms. Barry, Ms. Arnold, and Mr. Plyler
for setting up such a fun day:).
- Jostens will be back on Tuesday, November 3rd to take your graduation supply orders. Please bring order forms & deposit.
- Register for the December 12 ACT by November 6.
- College Application Week November 16-20
- Gear Up TN Application Week will be November 16th -21st. We want to encourage ALL Seniors to come to the Media Center on Tuesday and apply to college of their choice. We want to also encourage all Seniors to wear their college shirt on Tuesday, November 17.
- Senior Ads for the yearbook: A 50% deposit and pictures are due to Ms. Shirley by Friday, December 4th. If you have questions, please call 727-2620 or email ashirley@k12tn.net
- Full page: $240.00; 8 pictures and 250 words maximum
- Half page: $150.00; 5 pictures and 150 words maximum
- Quarter page: $90.00; 3 pictures and 25 words maximum
- Eighth page: $50.00; 1 picture and 25 words maximum
- Financial Aid Night December 7, 2009
- Make sure you have all credits necessary to graduate
- Be on time to school every day...You cannot stop working two months before graduation
- Miss school only when necessary, otherwise you will be spending lots of hours in Time for Time. DO NOT wait until the last week of the semester to check on the number of days you have been absent from class.

Second semester
FAFSA Workshop February 8, 2010
- Guidance usually holds a FAFSA workshop to help parents/students with this process
- PROM – Mrs. Eggers is usually in charge of planning
- Planning usually begins in February
- T-shirt designs are due in early March (keep designs simple) submit to Mrs. Dunn
- All school debts must be paid before you receive your prom ticket
- If you want decorations at the Prom, you need to be prepared to help decorate on Friday afternoon before the Prom. Sponsors show up to help but we will not do it for you
- Pay any fees that are due (Library, Sports, Lost Books etc.) before the last 2 weeks of school. A deadline will be announced. If you miss the deadline, you are not guaranteed a diploma until after graduation exercises. If your diploma is not in your diploma cover, you may get it the week after graduation, after you pay your school debt.
- If you can’t hear announcements, check the senior activity webpage for updates and notices.
- Make up missed days immediately
- Pick up graduation supplies

- Two mandatory graduation practices – Dates and times TBA (to be announced)
